How it works

You sign up, name your store, and start adding products. Each product gets a title, description, price and optional image. You organise products into categories — for a restaurant, these might be starters, mains, drinks and desserts; for a retail shop, they might be clothing, accessories and homeware.

Once your catalogue is set up, you configure your payment methods and delivery options. MyDukaan supports multiple payment gateways so your customers can pay online at the time of ordering. You can also offer cash on delivery if that suits your market.

When an order comes in, you receive a notification. The order management dashboard shows you what was ordered, the customer's details, the delivery address and the payment status. You confirm the order, prepare it, and dispatch it. The customer can track the status of their order in real time.
